Susa Guhl will celebrate her 20th anniversary of selling real estate in Nelson this week.
Ms Guhl, who is the principal and owner of Ray White Nelson and Susa Guhl Partners, has achieved phenomenal success throughout her 20 years in real estate and is consistently ranked in the top one percent internationally in the Ray White Group.
Renowned as one of Nelson’s most successful and experienced real estate salespeople, Ms Guhl says the focus of her celebratory festivities is to acknowledge those who have supported her journey over the last two decades.
“I have enjoyed every minute of my twenty years selling real estate in Nelson and it has been incredibly rewarding, and this week I want to pay tribute to all of the wonderful Nelsonians I have had the pleasure of working with along the way, as I couldn’t have done it without them,” says Ms Guhl.
Ms Guhl, who recently formed Susa Guhl Partners alongside her daughter Ana Fierek (Client Care Manager) and colleague Debbie Cooper (Buyer Specialist), says her reputation has been built through hard work and a commitment to customer service.

Susa Guhl invites all past and present clients to “drop in at any time between 9am and 5pm for coffee and cake” on Thursday October 24 at Ray White Nelson, 74 Waimea Road, to join her in celebrating her 20th anniversary of selling real estate in Nelson.
